Nothing Lasts Forever .

“Remember ,this too,shall pass”.A nugget of ancient wisdom that has served well is the saying;this too shall pass.Nothing is absolute .Everything moves,everything evolves,everything revolves.Think about it.Things come and go.Winter,Spring,Summer and Fall.Happiness ,sadness,joy or hardships courage,failures ,mess ups or accomplishments,praise ,critis
ism,blame or guilt .There is enourmous freedom in resonating to this wisdom .Infact it can be the fountain of a very satisfied life.Problems develop and disappear .it gives us hope and confidence Beneath every behavior theres a feeling,beneath every feeling theres a need and when we meet the need rather than focus on the behavior,we begin to deal with the cause and not the symptom .This way we can keep our perspective in the midst of all the chaos and when we can see this dynamic not only in retrospect but while we are going through
something difficult . Remember nothing lasts forever it will keep your perspective ,an open heart and when life throws you its curveballs you will even have a sense of humour throughout the phases of your life.
